Q&A
What kinds of businesses does MCS work with?
We primarily support small and mid-sized businesses that are growing, feeling the strain of messy systems, and want their brand, CRM (often HubSpot), and revenue operations to finally align.
If you care about clean data and clear processes, you’re our kind of people.
Do I need to be on HubSpot to work with you?
No. HubSpot is a core platform we work in, but the bigger priority is your system as a whole: your brand, your process, and your data.
If you’re using another CRM or are still choosing one, we can help you make sense of what you have and where to go next.
Are you a marketing agency, a HubSpot shop, or a RevOps partner?
We sit at the intersection of all three. MCS focuses on aligning brand, CRM, and RevOps so your marketing, sales, and operations aren’t pulling in different directions.
That means strategy, design, system setup, and process design all work together, not as separate projects.
What does working together usually look like?
Most engagements start with a discovery or audit phase: we dig into your brand, your CRM setup, your pipelines, and your current processes.
From there, we design a roadmap that might include brand clarity, HubSpot/CRM cleanup, new workflows, and training so your team can actually adopt the system.
How much does this cost?
Pricing depends on the scope. Whether you need a focused CRM cleanup, a full RevOps redesign, brand and website work, or an integrated engagement.
In your message, share your priorities and any constraints. We’ll respond with what’s realistic, and if it’s not a fit, we’ll tell you that, too.
What should I include in my message to get the most helpful response?
It’s helpful to know:
-
Your core offer and who you serve
-
What tools you’re using now (especially CRM/marketing tools)
-
Where things feel broken—data, handoffs, reporting, or messaging
-
Any timelines or big milestones coming up
The more context you share, the faster we can point you toward a clear, practical next step.
